LUCKY TEXTILES Opens Showroom for Holiday Shopping Card Campaign

First-Time-Ever Look Behind the Scenes

The LUCKY TEXTILES showroom will be open to the general public for the first time ever to celebrate the American Cancer Society - Houston Holiday Shopping Card fundraising event.Customers are invited to shop hundreds of the finest custom-designed decorative pillows on October 23 and 24, and from October 27 through October 31. LUCKY TEXTILES owner Janet Gust is pulling out all the stops featuring pillow collections for the living room, family room and bedroom. Using the Holiday Shopping Card, customers will receive a 20% discount on their purchases. The showroom is located at 5338 Cornish St in Houston.

“Our LUCKY TEXTILES showroom is usually by appointment only for interior designers, so I am very excited to open our doors to the general public,” said interior designer/owner Janet Gust. “Our shelves and walls are brimming with the season’s richest colors and textures. And, as a working showroom, customers will have a chance to peek ‘behind the curtain’ and see our design and production process in action.”

LUCKY TEXTILES joins more than 425 Houston area companies in the highly anticipated annual money-saving spree. A 28-year Houston tradition, the campaign raises funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society - Houston. Nearly $20 million has been raised from Holiday Shopping Card sales; those funds remain in Houston to support such local efforts as Hope Lodge Houston for individuals and their loved ones in need of a comfortable respite during cancer treatments.

The Holiday Shopping Card campaign runs from October 23 through November 2. During that time, shoppers with the card will receive a 20% discount on purchases at participating retailers and food discounts at restaurants.
