Return/Refund Policy

At Lucky Textiles, all of our handmade pillow covers are custom made and are in most cases made from one of a kind dreamy designer fabrics that have been upcycled. We do not carry excessive amounts of inventory. We accept returns for full refund less shipping costs on unused products if contact is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please email shop@luckytextiles.net to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

We have a client friendly return policy that will allow for a trouble free return.
